Healthy Roots Chiropractic is not in network with any insurance providers.  We bill for Medicare as a courtesy to our patients, however payment is still due at time of service.  Any reimbursement from any Health Insurance Providers, including Medicare will be sent directly to the patient.  The amount which will be sent to the patient varies depending on each person's insurance policy and level of coverage.

Any missed appointments will be charged 75% of the value of the appointment if not notified within 24 hours of the appointment.
